He has a keen eye for detail and is committed to delivering exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders.

Anthony Markovich

For nearly two decades, Anthony Markovich has been a talent development leader, helping growth stage organizations grow and retain key talent. Throughout his career, he has also collaborated with colleagues and clients to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences while building out optimal team structures and roles.

Most recently, Anthony’s work has focused on early-stage businesses where he has built from scratch the Talent Development function at three successful start-ups. This includes creating best-in-class employee onboarding, leadership development, and sales training programs, implementing learning technology ecosystems and building high-impact Talent Development teams.
Anthony spent the first half of his career in management consulting at Accenture, was an integral member at ZipRecuiter and has taught Foundational Sales Skills as an instructor at Loyola Marymount University.

Brandon Emerson

Branding, Marketing, Communications

For nearly 20 years, Brandon has been designing brand, retail and communication strategies that focus on driving revenue and forging emotional bonds between brands and consumers. As in-house Creative Director at Everlast Worldwide, Brandon helped turn an ailing boxing equipment manufacturer into a relevant athletic lifestyle brand, tripling market cap and triggering acquisition.

He has collaborated with brands of all sizes across a wide swath of industries, including restaurants, industrial machines, telecommunications, experiential retail and sporting goods, helping develop brand strategies and creating corporate communications plans.
An ex-wrestler from Ohio, he maintains his gritty Midwest attitude and perspective in all aspects of his personal and professional lives. He proudly delivers more cutting edge and ‘in your face’ concepts that truly capture the personality of business owners.
